How Do I Book A Service?


Select the service that you want to book including the date and time. Head to our secure checkout page to complete your booking. Once booked, we will send you a confirmation email with the details and portfolio link of your beautician. Although all our freelancers are of a high standard, you can request to have another beautician if you're not happy with the one you've been assigned. This is subject to availability.




What Areas Do You Service?


Our freelancers currently service postcodes in London, however, if you require our beauticians to travel outside of this area, you can send us a request and we'll do our best to accommodate you.




How Would I Know Whether The Beautician Is From Your Company?


All our beauticians will be wearing NUBI branded T-shirts which will be a representation of our company. You are still advised to exercise caution and common sense just as you would when dealing with people you don't know.




How Do I Book Multiple Services?


Unfortunately, our system does not yet accept multiple bookings. If you want to book multiple services, please complete your booking for the first service then return to our treatment page to book your second service.




What is your booking and cancellations policy?


You may cancel a confirmed booking at any time by emailing us at contact@thenubiexperience.com or by calling us on 02071013127 24 hours cancellation notice is kindly requested to help us reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel within or less than 12 hours of your confirmed booked appointment time, you shall not receive a refund of the amount paid. This is to compensate our freelancer for their loss of time For bookings made within 12 hours of the start time: If you book for a beauty appointment with a start time within 24 hours, you can cancel and receive a full refund within an hour of making the booking. If you cancel beyond an hour you will not receive a refund More than 12 hours’ notice: Cancellations made before 12 hours of the appointment will be fully refunded the way it was paid. Failure to be at agreed location: If you are not at the agreed location or cancel without notifying us, you will be charged the full cost of the Services booked. Our freelancers will only wait for a maximum of 20minutes Delays: If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know by calling us on 02071013127 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Our freelancers are instructed to wait at the designated location for 20 minutes after the appointment's start time. Unless otherwise specified, all paid sums are non-refundable.




How do I Reschedule An Appointment?


You can request to reschedule another appointment for free if you give more than 12hours notice. If you request to reschedule an appointment within 12 hours of the start time, your booking will be treated as a cancellation if your assigned freelancer cannot do the amended date/time.

When booking a beauty service, Nubi Beauty Ltd acts as a booking agency for self-employed/freelance Beauty Professionals. Our contract with you is limited to the provision of the use of our Website.

Your Beauty Professional is solely responsible for providing the Services to you and you have a direct contract between you and the Beauty Professional concerning the provision of any beauty service booked via our website, Instagram or any other media channels.
